What I Learned This Week (September 15 – 21)

  1. Well, I re-learned that sleep has a huge and noticeable impact on all my functions. Creativity, playfulness, memory, foucs.
  2. Being real and honest works. Always.
  3. There truly is a beauty to the stillness of the world at night. I doubted it, but it is true that the absence of humans around you allows you to zone in. I need to find a way to do night stuff. Perhaps begin taking long naps during the day, in order to stay up quite late at nights. I must try this.
  4. I LOVE being limitless and unstoppable. It is a natural state for me.
  5. Focus is not a universal problem. I have it, but a ton of people don’t.
